What are you going to do?

Do you get energy from managing a team and do you already have some knowledge of flowers? Then this position at our client is for you!  We offer you a fun job in a nice team at a beautiful workplace in Delfgauw! 

Your tasks will include:

• dividing work among employees,
• supervising and checking the work process and product quality
• managing the team (from planting the pot to delivering the plant)
• onboarding of new employees

What are your working hours?

Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 16:30
Saturday 7:00-12:00

What do we ask of you?

• You have leadership skills
• A positive work attitude
• You have demonstrable experience in the position of team leader
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages
• Independent, flexible and motivated attitude
• Preferably in possession of driving license B and own transport
• A 'go-getter' mentality
• You are flexible and adaptable

Where are you going to work?

Our cooperative is a company specialising in the year-round cultivation of potted gerberas. Besides gerbera, agapanthus and portulaca are also grown. In winter, the range is supplemented with sneezewort and poinsettias.

An all-round breeder that stands for the best quality. This starts with the seedlings that are planted by hand. The team at our cooperative delivers the best quality flowers every day.
