We’re looking for window cleaners for a client in Rotterdam. Window cleaning is real hands-on work. Because buildings come in all shapes and sizes — and sometimes with unusual architecture — access to the windows can be very different from place to place. That’s why our team always chooses the right method for each situation. We employ and train qualified, certified people to make sure the job is done safely and to a high standard.

As a phalaenopsis order picker, you are responsible for accurately and efficiently collecting phalaenopsis orchids according to order forms. You ensure that the correct plants are selected and safely placed in trays before being brought to the packing department for further processing.

In this position, your work mainly consists of packing and order preparation of plants. In addition, you may be asked to help with other work within the company.

Our Company is looking for a motivated and independent production worker to strengthen the team. As a production worker, you will be responsible for harvesting, planting, and bundling flowers and bulbs. You will work in a dynamic environment where variety is central.

Harvesting: In the greenhouse, you walk through the rows and pull the flowers out of the ground. Using a small knife, you cut off the root. Then you place the lily on a conveyor belt behind you, which transports the lily to the shed.

Planting: Using a planting machine, you plant the bulbs in the ground. You help ensure the smooth operation of the process and provide proper support to the machine.

Bundling: In the shed, you work at eye level. You check the quality of the flowers and make sure to group flowers of the correct length together. They are then placed on another conveyor belt where an elastic band is placed around them.

In addition to harvesting, planting, and bundling, your tasks may also include sorting lilies and packaging flowers. It is important that you pay attention to quality and can work well independently.

As an employee aquatic plant nursery, your work mainly consists of preparing orders. You print the labels of the orders and pack the water plants. You may also be deployed for various other tasks within the nursery.

As a Logistics Employee for Bouquets, you are the indispensable link in the logistics process. No two days are the same, but you are primarily responsible for:

• Order picking: You start your day by carefully collecting the right flowers for the bouquets

Your work consists of preparing orders. You print order forms from the computer, collect orders from the cold store, prepare them on auction carts and then drive the orders out to customers within the auction.

As a Plant Packing Employee, you are responsible for carefully packing various plant species. You ensure that each plant is professionally packaged according to established quality requirements. This requires precision, speed and attention to detail. You work in a team where quality and efficiency go hand in hand. Additionally, you contribute to maintaining a clean and organized workplace so that the production process runs smoothly.

Your work will mainly involve topping and turning cucumber crops, combined with crop rotation. Besides these tasks, you may be assigned various other duties within the company. As a bouquet production employee, you will be responsible for:

• Creating beautiful bouquets;

For our client in De Kwakel, we are looking for a Printshop Employee. Your tasks will consist of mechanically labeling covers. You will check if the labels are printed correctly on the covers, and you will be responsible for setting up/adjusting the machine and filling it with labels. You will also be involved in printing labels. After an introductory period, your tasks will be gradually expanded.

No two days are the same in the position of all-round/expedition employee. The work activities consist of

• Folding boxes for actions
• Building carts for placing orders
• loading and unloading the orchids
• helping out in departments where necessary
• Performing technical jobs in the greenhouse

In short, you like to act as a spider in the web.

As an upcoming team leader, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth processes in the sticks and transport departments. Your tasks include:

Work preparation for the stick department:

• Preparing tables for the sticking process.
• Preparing carts with flower pots for the processing of orchids.
• Assigning and supervising employees at the tables.

Supervision and quality control:

• Ensuring that the sticking process meets the established quality standards.
• Communicating with employees in English and/or Dutch.

Training new employees:

• Explaining rules and procedures.
• Informing about work schedules, breaks, and other important matters.

Entering results:

• Tracking standards and production results using a digital application.

Support in the transport department:

• Organizing space and materials for further production activities.
• After gaining experience as a team leader, taking responsibility for the transport department.
