As a Recruiter at Dailyflex, you play a crucial role in identifying and attracting talent in this challenging job market. You will have the space to use your creativity in this dynamic environment. In the unique Dailyflex way, you will conduct introductory interviews and present the company to potential candidates in a personal manner. Together with your colleagues, you will look at the best opportunities for candidates and ensure the ideal match. As a dedicated Recruiter, you stay closely involved with your candidates and building and maintaining a relevant network is essential. You will visit clients on site to get a better understanding of the work and company culture.

Your tasks will include:

• finding and recruiting suitable candidates within our industries: greenhouse and ornamental horticulture, wholesale flowers and plants and logistics
• devising and implementing actions to recruit suitable candidates
• creating and sharing online vacancies and campaigns
• coaching and guiding your candidates
• ensuring the right pool structure to quickly respond to future vacancies
• attending job fairs, etc.

As a Machine Operator, you play a crucial role in the smooth running of the packaging process. You are responsible for a team of production employees, ensuring that the set production numbers are achieved. With a keen eye for quality, you constantly monitor the process and jump into action quickly in case of minor malfunctions. At the start of your shift, you collect the production orders and make sure the machines are ready for use, allowing your team to work efficiently right away. Induction of new team members is also part of your responsibilities.

A look at the distribution of your tasks:

• 65% of your time is spent leading and managing your team.
• 15% of your attention goes to administrative tasks.
• Another 15% of your efforts are focused on picking orders and preparing machines.
• You use the remaining 5% for constructive consultation.

With a team of 8 to 12 people under your leadership, you will report directly to the Team Leader. In short, a challenging role in which your leadership qualities and operational skills come together for smooth and successful production.

As an intermediary, you are the pivot between jobseekers and companies with open vacancies. You will form a team with your colleagues from recruitment and planning and together bear responsibility for selecting suitable candidates, job coaching and guiding them. Your speciality is finding qualified candidates, and you work closely with account managers to bring supply and demand together.

Your tasks include:

• selecting suitable candidates within our industries: greenhouse and ornamental horticulture, wholesale flowers and plants and logistics, in cooperation with recruiters
• introducing potential candidates to clients
• coaching and guiding your candidates
• ensuring the right pool structure to be able to respond quickly to future vacancies
• maintaining daily contact with flex colleagues and clients about work planning and answering questions
• periodically taking part in a telephone emergency service
