As an order processor, you and your colleagues are responsible for printing out order receipts and ensuring that orders are prepared correctly.

Advanced scanners support you in accurately registering the number of flowers leaving the greenhouse. Thanks to your keen powers of observation, you spot any discrepancies and report them immediately to your team leader. Your day ends as soon as all ripe flowers have been picked.

Sorting our beautiful gerberas is of great importance. With your efforts and those of your colleagues, more than 95 million gerberas are sorted and bundled every year. Our Company is looking for a motivated and independent production worker to strengthen the team. As a production worker, you will be responsible for harvesting, planting, and bundling flowers and bulbs. You will work in a dynamic environment where variety is central.

Harvesting: In the greenhouse, you walk through the rows and pull the flowers out of the ground. Using a small knife, you cut off the root. Then you place the lily on a conveyor belt behind you, which transports the lily to the shed.

Planting: Using a planting machine, you plant the bulbs in the ground. You help ensure the smooth operation of the process and provide proper support to the machine.

Bundling: In the shed, you work at eye level. You check the quality of the flowers and make sure to group flowers of the correct length together. They are then placed on another conveyor belt where an elastic band is placed around them.

In addition to harvesting, planting, and bundling, your tasks may also include sorting lilies and packaging flowers. It is important that you pay attention to quality and can work well independently.
