As an employee in our orchid nursery, you are responsible for various production-oriented tasks. Your main duties consist of repotting orchids and placing the plants on growing tables.

As an emasculation worker, you perform a crucial operation in pepper cultivation. Emasculation involves manually removing the stamens (pistils) from pepper flowers before they open. This work is carried out to prevent cross-pollination and ensure uniform seed production.

The work mainly consists of pricking out leeks. During pricking out, seedlings are taken out of the soil one by one and pricked into a tray where they are given their own patch of soil.

For our client in De Kwakel, we are looking for a Printshop Employee. Your tasks will consist of mechanically labeling covers. You will check if the labels are printed correctly on the covers, and you will be responsible for setting up/adjusting the machine and filling it with labels. As a nursery employee, you are an important link in the delivery process to our Client. Your tasks mainly take place in the production hall and include:

Harvesting: In the greenhouse, you walk through the rows and pull the flowers out of the ground. Using a small knife, you cut off the root. Then you place the lily on a conveyor belt behind you, which transports the lily to the shed.
