Legal minimum wage 2025

It's official! The legal minimum wage for 2025 has been announced and is increasing by 2.75%. From next year, the minimum wage will be €14.06 per hour.

This increase helps strengthen the purchasing power of working people and supports fair pay for all.

Good news!

The periodic NEN 4400-1 audit by Normec VRO was recently carried out for our NEN 4400-1 certification. This quality mark, issued by the Stichting Normering Arbeid (SNA) (Labour Standards Foundation), shows that we, as a temporary employment agency, comply with strict requirements on employment conditions, personnel administration and financial reliability.

We are proud to announce that Dailyflex again meets all requirements, confirming our commitment to quality and reliability.

Increase in Statutory Minimum Wage as of July 1, 2024 to €13.68 

Starting July 1, 2024, the legal minimum wage will increase. The minimum wage is the wage that employers are legally obliged to pay at least to their employees. This ensures that everyone receives a fair wage in the Netherlands. 

The six-month regular increase in the minimum wage will take place on July 1, 2024. This year, the minimum wage will be indexed by 3.1%. This increases the hourly wage from €13.27 to €13.68.

This adjustment helps to improve workers' purchasing power and contribute to fair remuneration for their work.

The Dutch language is important for everyone!

Did you know that over 2.5 million people in the Netherlands do not have sufficient command of the language to work effectively and safely? And this does not even include the group of migrant workers.

A good command of the Dutch language is important for everyone. Our Flex Colleagues increase their chances in the labour market through this. Besides the chance for a better future, we find it incredibly important that our Flex Colleagues can do their work safely.

In collaboration with the Doorzaam Foundation, we offer free Dutch language courses to our Flex Colleagues.

Sustainable employability – it’s a collective effort!

What is Sustainable Employability and why is it important?
Sustainable employability is about every worker reaching retirement age healthily and happily in the right place. Besides vitality and physical or mental health, it is also about continuing to develop competencies, skills and knowledge. The (work) environment where this happens can contribute to a positive stimulus and ensure a safe place to work. In today's world, staying in the same job for the rest of your working life is no longer self-evident.
