What are you going to do?

As a Logistics Employee for Bouquets, you are the indispensable link in the logistics process. No two days are the same, but you are primarily responsible for:

• Order picking: You start your day by carefully collecting the right flowers for the bouquets
• Preparing orders: You then assemble the orders and ensure they are ready for transport
• Assisting in logistics processes: You support your colleagues where necessary, from processing incoming goods to preparing the final products for shipment

Thanks to your dedication and precision, the beautiful bouquets leave the premises on time and in perfect condition, on their way to customers at home and abroad.

What are your working hours?

You will work in a fixed rhythm from Monday to Friday. To start the day fresh and productive, you begin early. Your workday starts daily between 06:00 and 07:00 AM and ends no later than 19:00 (7:00 PM), depending on how busy it is. This provides you with a stable, full-time workweek.

What do we ask of you?

• You are a proactive go-getter who is not afraid of physical work
• Experience in logistics or floriculture is a plus, but a motivated and eager-to-learn attitude is the most important thing
• You have a communicative level of English, allowing you to collaborate effectively with your international colleagues
• You work accurately, have an eye for detail, and can function well independently
• You are available immediately and full-time
• You live in the Westland area (Honselersdijk region) or have your own transportation

Our client, located in Honselersdijk, is a company that passionately and joyfully purchases fresh flowers and turns them into beautiful, hand-tied bouquets ready for the vase. They work with Dutch flowers as much as possible and deliver the bouquets in sustainable packaging, contributing to a healthier and better world. Our client works closely with local growers to keep the supply chain as short as possible and to control quality. Each season, they create a new look for the bouquets with the best quality flowers. Furthermore, for every bouquet delivered, our client donates €0.50 to a charity. Our client stands for sustainability, quality, and bringing a smile with flowers!
